Shipping Now Available!

Our cakes are frozen & non-perishable baked goods are packaged and placed with dry ice in a reusable insulated bag with thermal box liners, to maintain freshness and minimize the risk of damage in transit & for safe arrival at their destination. Due to the perishable nature of our freshly made baked goods, we only ship them next day delivery or 2-day delivery via USPS to most locations.

Shipping Costs and Limitations

Shipping charges are based on total shipping weight, size and destination zip code. Generally, shipments of layer cakes are only sent next day delivery or 2-day delivery within the continental 48 states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship outside of the USA. In some instances we can deliver desserts to locations within approved delivery zones, meaning if you live in or near Harrisburg, Pa area, we can deliver to you in person, plus gas fee.

All Postal Service deliveries are designated for delivery without a signature requirement. We recommend, however, that someone be available to accept the shipment, especially if the delivery location is an office building or apartment complex. There is a chance that the mail carrier driver will not leave the package if they are unsure of the correct delivery location or they do not believe the conditions to be deliverable.

Shipping is available Monday-Thursday. Postal service will not guarantee weekend deliveries, so all orders must be placed to arrive at their destination by Friday. Orders to be shipped on a Thursday must be for overnight delivery or within the USPS 1-day shipping zone. Overnight delivery comes with a pricey fee of $100. We cannot guarantee specific arrival times on the day of delivery. We will provide you with your tracking number.

Issue Resolution

We do everything we can to be sure your order is delivered on time and ready to enjoy. However, sometimes things occur that cause this not to happen. In such an event, we will do everything we reasonably can to make you a happy customer. If there is any problem with your delivery, please call us as soon as possible at 1-929-888-0065. We must be notified of any delivery issues within 5 business days of a shipping date to be able to resolve the problem. If we caused a problem with your order, we will make it right.

We cannot offer refunds for the following circumstances:

    •    An incorrect or incomplete shipping address

    •    Weather related delivery issues

    •    Cakes which have become unusable due to a recipient’s failure to follow instructions provided with the cake delivery

    •    Cakes not removed from packaging in a timely manner (i.e. packages left at an address when someone is out of town)

    •    Delivery problems beyond our control.

Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday Orders

Due to the unusually large amount of orders placed for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, we suggest ordering your cakes as early as possible to ensure cake availability. Due to the large number of packages being delivered during the holidays and unpredictable weather, USPS will not always guarantee on-time delivery during these holiday periods. The sooner your cake is scheduled for delivery, the less likely it is that your order might be delayed.
